Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of Innowi’s restaurant technology products — from concept to launch, validation, and continuous improvement. This role in Orange, California requires a strong balance of technical understanding, business strategy, and analytical thinking. The Product Manager will work closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that shape the future of restaurant technology.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Product Lifecycle and Manage Product Roadmap (30%)
- Guide end-to-end development of restaurant technology products from concept through launch and post-release improvement.
- Evaluate product profitability, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively across product phases.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and design teams using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma to align product goals with strategic objectives.
- Incorporate leadership and innovation frameworks to drive cross-functional coordination and decision-making.
- Prioritize features and roadmap milestones using business model validation techniques.
Marketing Analysis and Go-to-Market Strategy (20%)
- Define target markets, analyze user behavior, and identify emerging restaurant technology trends.
- Develop data-backed go-to-market strategies using Tableau, SQL, and AI-based analytics to forecast customer demand and inform pricing models.
- Design compliant and financially viable partnership and pricing frameworks.
- Monitor post-launch performance and refine strategies based on adoption metrics and customer feedback.
Product Testing and Validation of Product Performance (20%)
- Implement validation models to test hypotheses, gather feedback, and refine product-market fit.
- Use analytical methods and data visualization tools to evaluate performance metrics, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Coordinate user testing sessions using Figma, Miro, and AI-based prototyping platforms to ensure usability and functionality meet expectations.
- Partner with development teams to conduct beta and pilot launches, analyzing customer interactions to guide improvement decisions.
- Report results to leadership, ensuring product performance aligns with business goals.
Third-Party System and Partner Integration (30%)
- Assess partnership opportunities, negotiate collaboration terms, and manage integration timelines.
- Oversee technical integrations with payment, loyalty, and delivery systems to enhance product functionality.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth interoperability between Innowi’s products and partner systems, using frameworks such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and data privacy regulations.
- Evaluate post-integration performance and maintain ongoing relationships with partners to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing SaaS or restaurant technology products from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Tableau, n8n, and Python.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, and TypeScript to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives on-site.
