Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work closely with our senior developers and technical leads to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Android, or C++.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
- Adhere to coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, C++).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in research, analysis, and data collection to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and solutions.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, HR initiatives, financial analyses, operational improvements, and engineering projects.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Prior internship or work experience in related fields is a plus, but not required.
About the Job:
Lead the operations front-end to deploy restaurant POS/Kiosk/QR solution to Restaurant customers; Set up follow-up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and product specialists; Report to management with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results; Close restaurant installations by ensuring all onboarding & operational activities are executed in a timely manner; Gauge progress of various projects assigned; Responsible for coordinating with test lab and assist with product certification; Support and help create factory operations; Support product testing to meet quality & reliability requirements; Communicate effectively with customers and provide necessary feedback for project success; Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive the execution of program tasks and deliverables.
