today announced a strategic partnership to bring stablecoin payment acceptance directly into restaurant commerce.
The partnership combines Innowi’s restaurant technology ecosystem including point of sale, online ordering, kiosks, kitchen display systems, marketing, and customer engagement — with SablePay’s stablecoin acceptance infrastructure. Together, the companies are creating a modern commerce experience that allows restaurants to serve a growing generation of digital-native consumers while making stablecoin payments as simple, trusted and friction-free as other leading payment methods.
Innowi currently supports restaurants through its integrated restaurant commerce platform. The partnership with SablePay extends those
capabilities into digital-asset payments, allowing restaurants to participate in a multi-trillion-dollar digital-asset economy without introducing
a separate or disconnected customer experience.

The combined solution is already being demonstrated at Boba & Brew and Pita Gyros at The Crossing at East Cut in San Francisco.
Customers can scan a QR code, browse the menu, place an order and complete payment digitally without standing in line. Once the order
is ready, customers can receive an SMS notification for pickup or delivery — helping restaurants improve throughout during busy
periods while creating a more convenient customer experience.
